It was in a good spot for me and for what I was in Nashville for. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. I love the way the garage is set up all hotels can learn from that set up. I will be back when coming to Nashville. Thanks!!

The rooms were clean. The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was quiet and we slept well. But, I absolutely did not like being charged $35.00 to park in their garage. After paying over $300.00 for one night, and being older, retired folks on a fixed income, that did not seem very fair. Lynne

Great breakfast options both hot and cold. Nice eating area. The staff I think her name was just, she checked us in Saturday and have us many eating and sites to visit. I loved the garage and how easy it was to get to my room from the garage. It's a great set up. I would definitely start again!

Very happy with the property, staff, room was clean and equipped, spacious. Parking garage was easy to navigate. Breakfast options were plentiful and good food! Would stay here again and recommend to others.

No hot water in entire building and they checked us into our room anyway. When we discovered it and called front desk Manager was terrible. We tryed to check out and He wouldnt check us out and trying to charge us for the room. I called Expedia and they called the Hotel and was treated much the same way. So I did get me refund that was due me.
