We had a wonderful stay at The Houses of History. It was a unique experience, for our family as the property has a lot of character. The pool was perfect for cooling off during the hot weather and our kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and ready to help. Overall, a memorable stay, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for something a little different.

Beautiful place, just as the pictures show. The staff was very sweet and friendly. Breakfast was great. Our room was nice with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. As to be expected with a very old place the wood floors were a bit noisy, but that just added to the charme if this place. Would happily stay here again.

The property is a lovely converted building with a thatched roof. Breakfast is a fantastic buffet. Room was very comfortable, great sized bathroom. Very clean and good views.

The buildings are excellent, very historical, and sensitively restored, which is rare in Hungary. The central heating failed to trigger in the evening, do it was very chilly at night, but better by morning - which was when we discovered that the inclusive coffee & tea had no cups in the room..... Small slip ups didn't detract from an lovely stay

What a quaint bed and breakfast. Enjoyed our room, receptionist was very helpful. You can walk to the Abbey and restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
