Good experience only things negative were they will charge you $25 per towel for not returning beach towels and charge you $10 a day to use a microwave.

Out of all the hotels we've stayed at in Hawaii this is, by far, hands down, the best property. Everything was convenient everything was clean the staff was amazing the pool is awesome. Room service was every day but they gave you a choice to get additional points if you did not want room service every day.

Amazing ! It had literally everything right there beautiful hotel and friendly staff breakfast was so delicious I gained 10 lbs I didn’t want to leave with the perfect weather and beach right there! Wow worth every penny too Thank you we will definitely be back

Everything was good. But I just give one star less because we had too many bugs in the room even with patios door closed. The assistant manager said he will ask housekeeping to spray pest control in the room but the next day they were all over again between our clothes. The other think that I didn’t know was the price that we see in Expedia is not included resort fee so later you will be charge $50 additional per night for resort fee.

We returned to Maui after 31 years, and we loved the island! The food and service at the Hyatt Regency Maui were excellent. This is a mature resort, and the lobby around the shop area could use a refresh. It has a beach, but be cautious of the strong waves. If you're planning to spend time at the beach, it's not advisable, as the beach appears to be eroding. We also visited the shops at Wailea, which offered great shopping and dining options! This location is within walking distance from the Hyatt. The Drums of the Pacific Lūʻau at the Hyatt Regency was fantastic!

Great place with beautiful grounds. The penguins were the highlight. Only complaint was that the pools were hard to use with towels on chairs for hours but that’s almost any property.
