Our second stay at this hotel was fantastic. The breakfast buffet options were exceptional and the service from Mom and her restaurant team was outstanding. The rooms were great and the entire staff – reception, housekeeping and restaurant – provided excellent service throughout our seven-night stay.

We had children banging on the door at night and running. This was terrifying as they were very loud, we notified reception, nothing was done. Ended up booking somewhere else for the night. Rebooked and it happened again.
