A comfortable and spacious room. Clean and well maintained. Excellent service and a courteous staff. Amazing location near the waterfront and attached to a mall. Would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding 5-Star hotel in a central walkable location near the beautiful waterfront, lots of eateries, and inexpensive places to buy clothing and souvenirs. Amazing staff and service. Newly renovated.

Great location within walking distance of the river. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean and well appointed. The bartenders at the rooftop bar can make a mean whisky sour and gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants.

Room was comfortable (twin beds) though windows needed cleaning and no longer open (screwed down), large TV ok with a very limited set of Astro Satellite channels. Small fridge but it did not have an ice box so you need to ring down to have ice sent up. Room service includes a scaled down version of the 4th floor restaurant menu. Pool with bar on the 4th floor too also serves the same food. Draught Guinness (500ml pints) was very good with view of the river and China town area. Underground parking good and connected to the shopping mall in the same building so it can be busy. Staff were helpful and smiley. Close to the main river waterfront area as the name suggests but also close to bars and restaurants in side streets. Only downside was being close to open areas where festivals sometimes mean noisy music in the mornings. Overall not bad.
