I stayed in the superior condo which is very large and on a high floor. The corner unit has panoramic views of the sea and the city. Hotel was very clean and equipped with everything you would need, especially for a long stay, including a kitchen with dishes, rice cooker, microwave, stove top and full size fridge and freezer. Couch is large with a pullout mattress and beds are soft and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful with the check in process and when I needed to store my luggage.
The only negative is not with the hotel, but noise outside. This hotel is right off the main road and extremely loud motorcycles can be heard throughout the night.

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The room exceeded our expectations, with a full kitchen, dishes and pans. The room also had a washer, dryer and laundry soap. When visiting this property you do not need to bring anything other than your clothing. The view was amazing and the location is in walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and American Village. We were very satisfied with this property.

Parking was available even in the evening. Checkin was cumbersome but with aid of the employee (he leaves at 6 pm), I was able to check in smoothly. spacious, large fridge, nice view from the room. No coffee or tea. You need to bring your own.

We enjoyed our stay at Seaside Rana Chatan. There are several dining options within walking distance as well as America Village.

The condo was perfect, very clean, spacious and newly renovated. We had a killer view of the harbour from the 6th floor …. definitely worth getting a higher floor unit if possible. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils and large fridge. The location is great, very close to the American Village, several supermarkets and Family Mart, and walkable to Sunset Beach. The only downside is traffic noise from the nearby main road which is a small block behind the building, however, if you keep doors and windows closed and use the AC, then that would not be a big issue. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for a stay in the Chatan area.

Check in was easy, staff was very polite! Our apartment was well kept with an absolutely beautiful view. Such a lovely stay!
