Staybridge Suites London - Vauxhall by IHG

Breakfast was plentiful and well maintained.

Mixed feelings about this stay. The staff was very kind, positive, and helpful. I appreciated having access to use their laundry facilities, the breakfast buffet had a variety of options. They are located about a 5 min walking distance to a local grocery store, pub, and restaurant. Less than a 10 min walk to the underground metro. A metro train is near, so you can hear it from the room, but it isn’t anything that’s disruptive. There is a lack of details to the cleanliness and functionality to things in the room. The first room I stayed had a urine odor, I requested a new room and this was not an issue. The staff happily made the switch, and also had my belongings moved there while I was out. In the second room, I began having allergic reaction to pet dander. The second room also had a broken coffee machine and their dishes were dirty. The up keeping of the room is the only reason I would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms were spacious, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Would stay here again!

Clean room, complimentary snacks

I liked the room, the staff; the kitchen was fully equipped; the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was clean and the shower worked perfectly well. I would have liked some lights on the ceiling and more free movie options on TV.

The Staybridge was in the perfect location. We are walkers and were within walking distance to everything we wanted to see i.e. Westminster Abbey, Parliament Square, Buckingham Palace as well as restaurants and cafes. The room was large and had all the amenities we needed and the breakfast was delicious. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and always helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if we ever return to London.

Quick, early check in. Very friendly staff. Room had everything I needed.

If I ever go to London again, I will be staying at the this hotel again. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. I especially liked that they had washers and dryers to do laundry. After being in France for a couple days I had quite a bit of laundry to do and this saved me from buying clothes. The pub next door was great for food and beer. All in all, IGH properties are great places to stay.
