The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Plus it had a great view of the piazza and the gondolas. The hotel was close to everything

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Is located in a great location near Piazza San Marco and the grand canal. Claudia was very helpful in giving us recommendations

Good location, kind staff, though mostly virtual in my experience. While the area is quiet, the property itself is quite small and a struggle to fit two medium sized suitcases. For the price and location a small size was expected, but this was just a tad too small for us. There was really no loud noise ever which was great. But at one point our front door key to the property didn’t work and for anyone out late at night who doesn’t think to buzz the door this can be stressful. When we buzzed they did immediately answer though, as I believe someone is virtually at the desk 24/7 (?). On our last morning as we were packing someone did also open our bedroom door to find us there and I’m still not sure if it was an employee, owner, etc. They were very apologetic but it was still not preferable. The highlights were the very kind girl who worked the front desk and the AC blasting strong.
