Stunning hotel in a very convenient location for flying out of CTS. I regret only having had to stay there one night. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive. The room was spacious and thoughtful.

The room is big and clean, their service really good. Breakfast can be better. View was good too! They will prepare kids pj too! Thumb up! Is in airport, lvl 2 has Lawson.

Hotel was spotless. The onsen is also one of the cleanest and emptiest ( in a good sense) a have ever been. Recommended for an overnight stay.

The hotel's service and condition was excellent. Staffs were very attentive and friendly. We stayed a night here as we had an early flight to catch. The kaiseki restaurant was good, a must try. I highly recommend staying here. Beds are comfy and the room was very spacious.
