I’ve room, everything we needed. Breakfast was a bit light - no hot food at 6am

The hotel is in a convenient location as it is close to the hotel. We walked to the airport in the morning. The continental breakfast 3 Am for 6 AM was great. We ordered dinner there and the food was based om pre-packaged meals (e.g, the burger seemed to be fryed in a pan, too much dressing on the chicken ceasa), For the price paid for the meal, I would have expected better quality. There is room for improvement here.

Everything here was very nice it was a great stay

The breakfast was adequate but not as nice as other included breakfasts at other hotels we have stayed in. It is a big hotel and it was busy and the staff had trouble keeping breakfast items well stocked at times. Proximity to the airport was excellent. The room was small but sufficient for a short stay. They don't have room service but you can order food for dinner on the main floor which is a spacious bright space. My only real complaint is that I am allergic to dust. I started to get symptoms and I looked under our bed and the carpet under the bed had clearly not been vacuumed in some time. I asked at the front desk and it was vacuumed immediately. I appreciated that.

Great place for travelers who need proximity (5 minutes walk) to airport. Clean. Great showers. The breakfast was appreciated. We were stranded there four nights, so got to know and appreciate the friendly and hardworking staff. Easy walk to bus to get into City Center for tourist activities.

Expensive. No airport shuttle. Queue at the bar for food in the evening. Limited choice and poor quality. Breakfast was lacking many items and coffee machines were running dry. Nice room, pleasant lounge. But visibly understaffed. People rolling suitcases to and fro on uneven pavements and crossing two very busy roads to access the Air express 100 bus. Poor.

Needed a spot to stay for transfer. Nothing special, everything was average. Ran out of certain food and booze. Only useful due to access to airport and ground transportation.

The best thing about the hotel was the convenient walk to the airport. There seemed to be a shortage of staff everywhere. At 5 pm when check in was busy there was only one person. Had to wait for some time. He himself was pleasant. Dinner service was terrible. The order app on menu did not work so you had to lineup to place your order. Again, only one person taking orders. Often 10 people in line. If they didn’t have an item you had to check with your partner and get in line again. Had to search out the one staff person on the floor to have our table cleared in order to sit. Given that they have a captive audience as there is no other eating facility you think they might try harder. The tiki chicken we ordered was extremely spicy and could not be eaten. We tried to order their pizza and they had no mozzarella cheese, really. Very disappointing. We ended up ordering pizza from domino and we’re way ahead.

Very close to airport. Hotel room was clean spacious. They also provide breakfast from 3:00am, which is great for early morning travellers
