Room was clean and functional but towels, soap, and toilet paper were not in the room. Fridge and TV also wouldn’t turn on. I was there for just a short night stay before catching a flight so it wasn’t too bothersome because I had what I need to get by, but double check with the boat beforehand. I got a message about those amenities being provided after I checked out.

Friendly staff. Caretaker is very responsive. And above all. The owner sir Henry is very accommodating and easy to talked too. Second timer to check In.

We called for an extra towel as only two were provided and Brian brought us a pillow and towel for our daughter . The room was for three. That was good. We had a booked time at the pool what was off putting was seeing rats climb plants between floors while we were in the pool. The room was basically clean but a new toilet seat would be great as the current one was discolored and looked awful. Stayed in room 4G in the north wing

The staff was very helpful. The unit could have been better if there are no bugs.. moreso, towels were worn out and old thus not presentable to paying guests.. location is nice but a lot can be improved on the unit itself.

killed over 40 cockroaches, staff was rude wanting to charge us on top of what we already paid for the room, giving us towels with huge holes in them, place was dirty, I guess you get what you pay for
