Discovered this hotel/chain purely by chance due to a Qantas delay. It has to be the best, value hotel we’ve ever discovered. Has everything high end hotels have on a smaller scale and much lower cost. Staff were fantastic, amenities available or provided extensive, immaculate condition, smaller but adequate rooms for a few days. Taught us what a Japan has to offer in non western branded hotels.

Nice clean room, decent breakfast, good little onsen, and conveniently located near the Chiba Station. Friendly staff held my luggage after checkout for a bit. Very nice place to stay and an excellent price proposition as well.

We loved the breakfast every morning as well as the public bath. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Tokyo.

If in Chiba and need a place to stay, stay here. If you have a teenager or a child that needs their own bed, select 3 adults, not child. They only provided 2 beds for us even though Expedia knew our “child” was 15 y/o.
