Clean rooms overall, right in the heart of Minato city as well as Takeshiba port the location is quite good not too far from the city and other major attractions like Tokyo tower and family mart right at the first floor. Would definitely recommend this place if your visiting for the first time!

Room is small but had space to put luggage under the bed. View was amazing and from the room you could barely hear the sounds of the street. Family Mart was on the first floor which was convenient. Staff were able to speak some English. Little harbour near by was nice to explore
