Hilton‘s always been my favourite because everybody’s so professional. The rooms are clean central to everything I’m looking for. Great breakfast and Pol area.

The staff was excellent,my room was always clean,the breakfast and the rooftop was excellent. The guys at the front entrance were very friendly and always helpful. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful with everything as well, overall I enjoyed my stay and look forward to going back.

If you’re American and don’t speak Thai, this is the place for you. This is comparable to any 5 star hotel in the states. Be prepared for humidity. The staff was extremely helpful, gym was clean, spa was amazing, rooftop bar was amazing. Food was international and great. Pool was nice too with an excellent staff.

Hotel itself, room, and food were all good, as was the location. Staff let it down though, we had numerous examples of service that was inconsistent with a 5 star hotel. Including dismissive attitude towards malfunctioning aircon, poolside staff that ignored you unless you walked up, and restaurant and bar staff that claimed tables were reserved, which then suddenly became available for us as we walked away.
