Room was clean. Great linen. Bathroom good. Outside stairway very grotty. Some broken tiles in bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.

The location is great for us and it is nice and quiet. The cleanliness can be patchy. Overall still good value for money and low fuss accom in Preston
