This is a very basic 3 star hotel. Poor value for when you can stay at the Hyatt for another $100. Extraordinarily basic reception experience, noise well into the evening, a depressing place.

It was dated, smelled musty, there was no safe. Very basic, didn't feel very secure. Lot of homeless in the vicinity.
