It is a transient-style hotel; the smell of cigarettes is noticeable in the hallway and even inside the room.
On the first night, the other guests made us feel unsafe; however, the next day—coinciding with the World Cup—people attending the matches arrived, and we felt more at ease. Otherwise, we would have switched hotels. The front desk even has bulletproof glass.
The staff was friendly, considering they moved us to different rooms twice—first due to a dirty bathroom (walls with mold) and then because of a musty odor.
If you decide to stay at this hotel, please keep these comments in mind.

හොඳයි As soon as I walked in I could smell the distinct smell of weed.
My room #126 had an odd smell.
Seemed to be a few sketchy people hanging around.
I never felt uncomfortable as I kept my good friend.40 with Me.
But I worked for Me to rest as I was awaiting for My truck to be repaired.

Building is old and there was a strong cigarette/vipe smell everywhere. Not a great experience.

We only saw the staff at check-in but asked other guests where to find things. There were no amenities. No light breakfast, no blow dryers, wi-fi kept cutting out. They did have a laundry room that we did not use. The keys did not work. Desk clerk told us not to put them near our phones because it might mess up the signal on the key. At no time was our keys by a phone. We were able to get in each time, but it took between 5 to 10 minutes to get it to work.
The entire place was filthy. And for that, we paid $220 for the night. FIFA was in town, but no games the night we stayed. Regularly, their usual rate is apparently $69.
Actually, I cannot say one positive thing about this hotel.
