The place is very well kept, our room had a cave like design with a very modern bathroom but with integrated design.
The parking is a plus, the stuff being very helpful. After we left, they realized that we forgot something and contacted me and they helped me getting in back before we left the country! Thank you for a great stay!

It was amazing . The hotel was beautiful, clean . I loved the decoration of the rooms and the environment. The breakfast buffet was amazing and has many delicious Turkish dishes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I walked around the area where there are many shops and restaurants. It was an exceptional experience. The only thing I don’t like was the room has no fridge The roof was a great place to see the balloons all the day .

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location because it was easily walkable to the city center for restaurants and cafes. Overall, the room was nice and clean.

I highly recommend this hotel. Visited with my partner and friends. Spacious rooms , very friendly staff . Safe , specially the receptionist was great , amazing hotel .

This hotel is in very good location. Few minutes walk to Goreme city center. The hotel buildings are beautiful. The room is good, bed is comfortable.
Shower is strong. Front desk people are very helpful.
They book all tours, airport transfer for me. The breakfast is OK.
Can see some baloons in the morning from terrace.
No safe box in the room.

No AC for two days. Owner/manager of the hotel
Lied about the prices and changed it all when we were leaving. Wasted one whole day because of this hotel. Demanding money back
