Room didn't have towels or

Location is near shopping mall and airport. The staffs were excellent. Wifi connection is terrible. The room has a lot of flying bugs. The entire bathroom floor will get wet after you shower. Breakfast buffet is not great also.

Staff is friendly. The restaurant attached to it is nice with helpful staff and good food. Pool is nice. Internet is spotty at best in the rooms....

Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. The only negative, our room had no towels when we came in. Then when we asked for 3 because 3 of us were staying, they would only give us 2. C'mon! Never heard of more than 2 people in a room?

When I got there they set me up at the 11th floor. Once I got to my room the WiFi had poor connection and no bathroom towels. I called the front desk. What I was told there is no bathroom towels I had to wait after 8pm for some towels. Well I did see housekeeping cleaning a room and I asked them for some towels and they happily gave me some towels....the constant WiFi issues I requested a room change...the front desk did change rooms for me ended up at the fifth floor. From there no television signal. I gave up. I lasted there 4 days. Annoyed. But it was fine only reason because the convenience of the moa mall....

every thing is amazing clean and very nice people very clean room

I love how welcoming the staff are. The place is clean and they do housekeeping everyday. Their food choices in breakfast buffet are great. Recommended for people traveling since the airport is just near. There’s a lot of malls around the place too.

I liked that the hotel is within walking distance of SM MOA and less than 30 minutes from the airport, which made it very convenient. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. However, upon check-in, there were no towels available in the room, and there was no bath mat or rug for the bathroom floor. Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall stay was pleasant, and I would still consider staying here again.
