Location is convenient, but decor is outdated.

Terrible. A group of three knocked on my door. They sounded the room was double booked. Terrible place.

I would not come back to this hotel. The staff was somewhat weird and even smirked when he said the lost key would cost me 20,000 won. It felt very unprofessional. The hotel really needs to inform customers about this policy in advance and train their employees. I honestly think they are ripping people off for just an electronic key card. In my whole life, I’ve never encountered a hotel that actually charged for a lost card. The snack room was disgusting. It smelled like mildew, and we weren’t even able to eat there. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. One good thing is that they have an airport shuttle, although it only goes to Terminal 1. Still, that was better than nothing. I recommend looking elsewhere and avoiding this place.

The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The guy was ok, but no complain to him. The bed sheets and the bathroom was clean, no unpleasant smell. The room itself was pretty old, many lower parts of the wall paper are falling and mold, but we just stayed for one night, not bothering us too much. I like their kitchen, with the instant noodle cooking machine is fun to play with.

Laundry service super helpful. Fast check in. Very kind staff. Great light blocking curtains. Excellent place to stay if you're needing a night by the airport.

Clean room, spacious bathroom (shower & bathtub), all the necessities provided (hair brush, dryer & straightener even hairspray!) Staff Senmin (lady) was super nice & friendly, explain to me the cafeteria is open 24hrs with variety korean instant noodles, breakfast all day coffee, juices & cereals. Laundry is available but not using it (only 1 night) They have shuttle to the airport, too bad only up to 10 am (my flight at 7.30 pm). Overall very happy with this hotel, only 8-10 mins walk to Unseo subway stn (2 stops to Incheon airport).

A nice stay. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed one night to catch a morning flight out from Incheon International Airport. They have a free airport shuttle operating once on the hour. About a 15 minute ride from hotel to Terminal 1. The shuttle seemed to operate maybe 5 times per day mostly during morning hours and maybe up until just after lunch so consider this if you have a late afternoon or evening departure. They provided a simple continental breakfast in a dining area. Cup of noodles, cereal and milk, bread and jam along with ham and cheese slices if you wanted to make a sandwich and coffee machine. Satisfying enough to get you to the airport and on flight. You can walk from the metro station to the hotel in about 10 minutes if you arrive by subway and also you can take the airport direct train quickly from there if there's no shuttle available and you want to go budget without taxi. I would stay here again

My room was very small but quite cozy. Very convenient to the local grocery store, restaurants & the A*REX train. I was very pleased with the experience of staying there. They had a free washer & dryer which I really appreciated using. I will definitely stay there again next time I go to South Korea.
