Hotel Sweet Home

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Power was out when we arrived! Not the fault of the hotel staff, but they could have given us advance notice.

First: Accessing the property is hidden behind an actual hotel, walking across to an ally looking hall which you find run down old destroyed staircase to a sketchy elevator you find yourself on the “1st” floor to check in. After checking in you make your way to a filthy room which a night worker wouldn’t wanna spend her worthless time in. Walls are moldy, falling apart with patches that might fall and you might eat plaster while you sleep if the bugs crawling around don’t nest in your mouth! The stained couch and chairs are another wonderful thing to admire while you figure out what in the hell made you choose this dump. Should you wanna shower you will find yourself in a rusted falling apart restroom with mold, rust and thrown shower curtains that you wouldn’t wish your enemies to touch than when you try to you the shower you find that it might work or might not work but it will fall on you if you should ever be so lucky to get it to work. All in all I’d rate this DUMP a Negative number from the dirty stink, sketchy entrance, disgusting “room” absolutely filthy beds shower and rest room. Oh yeah let me tell you about the 95% chance electricity will be gone leaving wondering how long the management would give you a 15 min time frame to restore power but in reality it’s been 6 hrs If you have any self respect, dignity, or any type of moral to being 1% clean DO NOT BOOK THIS TRASH DUMP.

Staff was nice and helpful Location was great The rooms are old and amenities not well maintained but in general the hotel is nice for a one or two-night stay

Run by a very helpful family. Nice location. Walking distance to everywhere.

Hotel was not good. Was dirty and smelly. I couldn't even think about anything else.

Good and comfortable however toilet did not lock

Unwelcoming environment, it did not feel clean or safe. Very strange protocols…we were asked to make payments without receipts, we had to leave our room key at the front desk before leaving etc. Convenient location but that’s about all there is to say positively.

Overall accommodation is in an easy commutable location, staff are very friendly and professional. Heating system not working and there are no door mats outside the toilets causing lot of inconvenience. Over all comfortable place with the price.

Very good staff. Close to Rome center

Super weird hotel. I had to return the key every time o wanted to leave and there was no ID verification to pick up the key (I sent a different kid every time and they never asked for anything just handed over the key). The door didnt lock (if it did someone was going into our room and leaving it unlocked) the shower was held together with tape and there was no hot water (I had to ask about it and still it was only like warm). The bed were just thin mattresses on metal frames, except one that was a “couch” but this was also held together with tape, broken and sagging in the middle (when I brought this up it was tapped together with a poster) ANTS!! They were everywhere and I let the desk know, just like the shower, and the bed and the lock nothing was done. They were in the clothes, the bed, the tables … epic fail. I was worried about this hotel after reading reviews like mine then shocker I had the same experience. So frustrating. What was the worst was I reached out to cancel due to the safety concerns and was denied by the hotel. Then when checking in and staying I experienced most of the concerns I had. This hotel should NOT be listed on here and it should not be open for children.
