Room was clean, closer details like the base board areas need work but overall, good!! Water pressure and heat AMAZING! The breakfast was also very decent. Definitely would book again.

Hotel is nice and staff was nothing short from Amazing. However, every single time we left the room and came back our key wouldn't work and we had to go down every single time to get it fixed. Room temperature was not good- the thermostat only allows you to lower to 65 but temperature never went below 68 and I am a very hot sleeper so it was uncomfortable. The beds are not good AT ALL!!! My body is soar from sleeping on the mattress. Also, we only had 3 towels to begin with BUT again customer service was GREAT, EVERYONE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!
