Hollander Boutique Hotel

My daughter and I stayed at the Hollander, after staying at the Avalon next door several times. We had an issue with our room the first night. The deadbolt wouldn’t lock. We were allowed to change rooms for the night and given a coupon for free breakfast. The deadbolt was fixed the next day. I felt that they really went above and beyond. Other than the deadbolt issue, both rooms were clean and well maintained. They also had the fun decor that you don’t see in the big chains. Food and beverages in the Tap Room were great. We will continue staying at the Hollander or the Avalon any time we’re in St Pete.

The pool was fun! Close to the harbor and restaurants.

Lovely boutique hotel. Stayed 4 nights thru the Memorial Day weekend. My room was clean and comfortable. Love the homestyle, old timey feel of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was super simple and there's no deposit. Pool was great. Loved that they had cabanas as I was able to get some work done by the pool and not miss out. Not the greatest fan of the weekend DJs but it just wasn't my cup of tea. I think it's more geared to 20s/30s guests. Location was great in downtown St. Petersburg and not too far from some really cool bars and lounges. Definitely recommend having breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Dinner is pretty good too.

This hotel was so unique and the decor was fun and historic. Just don’t stay here with children, especially on the weekends! The pool becomes a standing room only bar with some activity and clients that may not be for young eyes! Also, the pool is open to the public! Other than that, the restaurant has amazing food and atmosphere!

The staff were very nice and helpful. We were only there for 1 night but really enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel that not only has charm, but also great staff and welcoming rooms. We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints.. plus there’s a shuttle that will take you down to the pier or beach drive wherever you want to go. Highly recommend staying here! And they are pup friendly!
