La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls

this hotel was very dirty specially the elevator and hallway. room was okay but bathroom were dirty. it was 4th of july weekend friday was off but they close the breakfast at 9 am atleast on weekends and public holidays breakfast should be atleast till 10 am. the clock in the room had wrong time it was showing 8 am so i thought i still have one hour for breakfast but when i went downstairs for brain it was over. also at checking it took so long there were two guys but only one was checking in and other one was on the phone while i was waiting for check in. They couldn’t find the reservation for the customer in front of me that took very long and after that customer had too many questions. terrible experience check in.

Parking was free & ample. Breakfast was good and hot. Staff at check in & out was friendly. We would stay again.

The only lady working was lovely, but you could tell it’s understaffed. Room wasn’t clean, missing soaps, bedding was visibly dirty from the previous guests. Bed wasn’t made, lamp was missing a prong so unusable. Carpets were damp and sticky. Stairwell has an aweful smell. Had no other choice but to stay and complaining to the lone worker, doing her best, wasn’t going to help anyone.

We liked the place and the grandkids loved the pool area. The front desk was not very helpful with the process tho. He just wanted to check us in and walk away

The hotel looks run down. Person at the front desk seemed like he did EVERY job. The elevator sounded like it was going to crash during every use. Breakfast was chaos, cramped trying to get food, items running out and no where to sit. My credit card was charged for 3 nights although we only stayed for 2. Yes a refund has been issued yet it will take over a week to reverse charges.

The evening lady was very nice but I could tell she was a bit overwhelmed with maintaining so many duties. The lobby was nice looking. Breakfast was great. Elevator creaked as it went up, which scared the kids a bit. There cleanliness of the room was mediocre. There was hair in the bathroom floor and a blood streak on the blanket. Walking distance for many food joints

everything was great for this price!

I walked in to 1 bed having a dirty top cover and the hand towels left in the bathroom were used. The staff quickly addressed both issues. The shower walls were dirty but I scrubbed it down myself since we didn’t see it until preparing for bedtime. Hospitality only changed linen and emptied trash bins during our 4 day stay. We had to make our own beds.

The entire hotel operation seems to rely on a single staff member. They were simultaneously checking in guests, processing laundry, and running room service.

Gym equipment was weak.
