Excellent qualité prix , proche de tout, métro à coté 2 min à pied, plage de Copacabana 10 min à pied, plusieurs restos Bon petit déjeuner Personnel courtois et extrêmement gentils 3 jours avec ma fille et petite fille , que de l’agrément .

Wonderful staff, however the photo of the room were misleading there was alot of mold around the caulking of the washroom.

Room 310, had strong odor of mold, mold in different part of the room;lower part of wall next to door bathroom, lamp above the bed front of door bathroom. Bathroom tile full of build up mildew, some crusted brown color dirt on the tile. Front desk Daniel showed another exactly room type another floor with same issue, his explanation for the issues was: “This is a 3 star hotel not 5”. Rudely Daniel offended and humiliate us when tried to charge water NOT consumed. Other guest also were charge for water not consumed,

O quarto estava com as paredes sujas, a maçaneta da porta do banheiro estava quebrada, o frigobar ficou sem funcionar por 3 dias, a iluminação do quarto é fraca, a porta do banheiro estava estufada e com muito mofo. O café da manhã estava muito bom, tudo muito fresquinho e saboroso, nada a reclamar. O staff é meio lento para atender todo mundo, só tinham 2 pessoas na recepção. O check out nao foi eficiente.

Servicio de desayuno escaso, limpieza y habitación no cumplían expectativas, nos llamó la atención ya que estuvimos hace un año en Atlántico Praia y era totalmente diferente.
