Excellent location, breakfast, beds and showers. Everything is close by on the Square, and it feels a bit posh especially after 8 nights of gers!

Amazing location! Wonderful and generous staff. Will stay again. Front desk and room service wonderful staff and also cleaning staff. Special mention is the hostess at breakfast this morning.

Excellent hôtel au centre de la ville tout près d’à peu près toutes les attractions. J’y ai séjourné deux nuits avec mes mes deux enfants (jeunes adultes). Tout y est parfait. Chambre grande et fonctionnelle. Pas mal le standard 4* mais considéré 5* en Mongolie. Probablement le seul de ce niveau avec le Shangri La. Excellente adresse si vous recherchez le confort nord américain ou européen avec une touche locale quand même. Seul bémol le prix est élevé pour la Mongolie mais nous y étions pendant le festival Naadam ce qui explique cela.

Best part is the great location right across the road from city center and museums. Clean and modern rooms that were well kept. Front desk staff were helpful and easy to communicate with in English.

Fabulous helpful staff. Great location near most of the major attractions and near to plenty of options for eating and drinking. I recommend the Silk Road restaurant with it's ginormous portions for food and The Ghinggis Khan Beer Club or MB Plus Beer Hall for boozing. There is also an excellent curry house about 20 minutes walk away behind the Wrestling Palace called Hazera - no visit to Ulaan Baator is complete without at least one visit in my opinion. The only slightly annoying aspect of the room in the hotel is that I was unable to access any programmes on the TV and it activates every time you insert the room card into the energy outlet but is very difficult to turn off.

Perfect location modern clean friendly higher end of hotels in UB. Breakfast in generous managed with kindness by Aivy. Bardo bar is nice and the bartender absolutely on the top of the game. Just one issue is how slow the service us at the lounge on the 25th floor. One of us fell asleep waiting
