We were very disappointed with our stay. The rooms are not clean; you can clearly see stains on the curtains, the paintings and carpet. We also saw some red mold in the shower. The design of the room is also very weird; you have a seperate toilet area that does not have a sink. You'll have to walk across the room with dirty hands to wash them in the bathroom. Not to mention, the rooms have poor ventilation. We woke up everyday with very dry throats. The AC is on a timer so you would wake up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat because the AC turned off. Additionally, you cannot regulate the temperature below 22C, although they mention that the recommended temperature is 19C. What's worse, the staff told us at check-in that the two rooms we booked are fully paid; to our surprise at check-out they told us that we had only paid for one of the rooms. This shows how unprofessionally we were treated. The baby crib we asked for was full of stains and very flimsy. It was not safe for a baby to sleep in it at all. The hotel needs a lot of improvement; the only good thing about it is its location. I doubt that we will stay there again.

It was a lovely experience at this hotel. They were very accommodating and had everything that we needed and was able to get us to our airport with a taxi easily. It only took a 10 minutes or so to get from the hotel to the airport very easy out Orly airport. I would definitely stay there again very convenient to the metro and taxis and everything.

Room clean and spacious. Liked the bed - firm and great linens. Loved the bath. Room for ironing came in handy. Loved the storage spaces in the room and the water machine down the hall. Breakfast great. Super helpful staff. Metro station a few feet from the entrance worked great! Would stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Daily cleaning services. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Located right next to the metro which makes moving through paris significantly easier.

We booked a room for 4, the room provided is only ready for 2. We needed to chase the staff as there is none prepared for my kids to sleep.

We loved our room, it was clean an cozy with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast had a greay variety. Excellent location at a metro station.

THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT.BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD. ROOM SPOTLESS. LOVED THIS HOTEL. I WOULD STAY AGAIN.
