I had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Beijing. They were especially helpful in coordinating a private car service and the breakfast buffet was very good! Would recommend!

The staff was exceptional, from those in the breakfast cafeteria to the concierge staff and front desk. I was met with a warm greeting in the morning for breakfast and assisted with my needs for transportation from the front desk and the concierge staff. The hotel cleaning staff kept my room in a warm/welcoming condition the entire two weeks of my stay. I highly recommend this Ritz-Carlton. I also wish to extend my sincere appreciation to all the staff of the Ritz-Carlton.

all the staff are very helpful, especially Sky Wang the Golden Key concierge. Victoria at the front desk was very helpful also. We highly recommend this hotel.
