Sophisticated, minimal design that was unfussy and welcoming; very personable staff that helped answer our questions and suggested places to dine; and a special shout out to the rooftop bar and pool staff that made cooling off by the pool a lot of fun. A great stay at a lovely property.

We were upgraded on arrival to a junior suite which was stunning. Shemuel at check-in was so friendly and efficient. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in Milano. 10/10 experience.

Hotel room massive, clean, lots of amenities. Pool amazing! Clean, cool, rooftop view beautiful. On an evening rooftop open until 11:30pm. Great hotel in great location. In the middle of Chinatown which is amazing. Right next to the tube and tram which gets you everywhere
