Rooms and building are all in excellent shape. The pool was closed all five days we stayed at this property. Breakfast provided was minimal compared to other Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Many mornings there was no cutlery Very little condiments Very poor selection of items. Staff did not seem concerned with these issues when it was brought to their attention. Just a sorry our kitchen is closed and the pool is being repaired.

Communication via an online message to the hotel by me to the hotel was ignored - twice. I needed to reach them to make an adjustment in my reservation. Their failure to respond in a timely fashion forced me to make other arrangements with another hotel. Having stayed at The Hampton on previous occasions, I was looking forward to staying there again. So if communication is important to you, choose another location.
