Unfortunately my stay here was very short lived as the hotel had no air conditioning during a heatwave. The room was unbearable and with no fans or the ability to open a window it was impossible to stay. I understand that air conditioning can brake down but it was disappointing that the hotel didn’t inform us of this ahead of our visit. If so we would have postponed the trip. Very poor customer service

Super convenient location for shops, bars and restaurants. Staff super friendly. Lovely bar and terrace with great food and drinks. Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent location close to the station and a really easy 5-10 min walk to Olympic stadium. Lovely air-conditioned room spotlessly clean and couldn't fault it

In a brilliant location right in amongst bars and shops. Great breakfast too. Would definitely stay there again

We stayed 1 night as we were going to the Take That concert . The hotel was in the perfect location lovely and clean and the room had air con which was fabulous in the heatwave ! Would definitely stay again .
