Rooms have painted over the old and the carpets are pretty stainless we asked for towels and three hours later my giants went to get food and they stacked the twins on his hand versus having someone bring when we asked. They had a reunion going well after 11:30 with screaming in hallways . The lobby and elevators were stifling hot and the parking was a nightmare. Staff was clearly too busy to be personable

I would say this hotel is not anywhere near worth the price of their rooms. This surprised me. The Pruneyard was also undergoing changes with some empty shops and not as many interesting food choices—though there are still a good number—just fewer.
