Ok , staff not flexible on breakfast , anyway we booked it but it was not really good and fresh… one of the worse ones I had in Sweden , I can not recommend this hotel to anyone really , It was Hyatt branded so I was expecting much better , some staff are ok but some they should not be on the service profession

The staff was absolutely incredible. Every time I went to the desk and I saw them helping other people just as well. My room had a magnificent view, and the breakfast was excellent with a rooftop patio and you could see the whole entire city. The hotel is a straight walk from the Central station although my GPS took me in circles a bit. It was really a straight walk.

Location is great. Hotel was very busy. We notified the front desk that the TV and shower gel weren't working. Nothing was done. Not use to the half enclosed shower. Felt like i was flooding the entire bathroom while showering. Luckily, we were only staying for 2 nights. We only got 1 complimentary water and there was no water refill station. Bare min amenities. There was no facial tissues. I had to buy my own. We were able to store our luggage on our last day. The front desk just hands me a card and directs us where to go. Not farther instructions so we stood there not knowing that the door to luggage storage was unlocked by the front desk.

Great location within walking distance of the central station and town centre. Wonderful views over the bay. Excellent bar and restaurants, especially the rooftop Kasai Sky

නියමයි Everything in the property is okay except the shower door. I don’t know how can one design a shower like this. It’s completely non-functional and shows the extent to which they went on cost-cutting measures
