We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The room was spotless — clearly cleaned to a high standard, with fresh linens and everything in good working order. It's the kind of place where you can settle in without a second thought. The staff really made the difference. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with directions and local tips, which made getting around so much easier. Breakfast was a highlight — a good spread with plenty of variety, and a nice way to start each morning before heading out. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a clean, comfortable, well-located stay with great service. We'll definitely be back!

There is no doubt that ITC Maurya is 5* hotel however the service I received and the some of the food I ate was 3* quality. I did expect better and was disappointed. I would come back on my own terms however not enough was made to impress me to properly change my experience. Offering me a free dinner isn’t good enough. Nothing stops me staying at a different hotel next time I’m in Delhi. A one off incident is fine and passable. Please don’t make this a constant.

Most hotels give me one or two items on their list that can be criticized but in this particular case there’s nothing to criticize. This is probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Everything about it was first class.

Spa excellent. Check in very very slow and even though 4.30pm they could not allocate us a room. No tap beer in the bar and only two beer selections . Have stayed here many times and this time underwhelming .

Very crowded. Location is good, but major traffic jam in front of the hotel fro time to time makes getting in and out difficult.
