I asked for more hand towels, but there weren’t any available at the time. The front desk person asked me my room number & said when she has clean towels she will get in touch. Sure enough an hour later she knocked on my door with clean towels! Thanks for remembering!

I tried to change the number of persons with the Hotel app and it wasn't working, so I called the hotel. They agreed to change the number of persons (5 for one and 4 for another, which was within their capacity. The one with 5 had an infant) However, when I got the bill, I was charged $100 dollars more per room. There was no notification of this before or when I checked in. I have tried to call the hotel several times to fix this, but have not received a call back. I had booked an additional room and was not charged more for that. It would be nice if I could discuss this with the hotel.

Staff was friendly, facility was clean. We didn't use the pool or other amenities; we only needed a place to sleep. Breakfast had several choices & replenished as needed. We would stay again.

There was nothing wrong with this property. It was fine for the price. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. It overlooked the parking lot. But, I didn’t choose it for the ambiance- I needed a place to stay after a meeting.
The breakfast was a bit underwhelming- I had a waffle. The only other hot item was a couple prepackaged omelets that didn’t look appealing- and some breakfast potatoes.
Again- nothing wrong- just fine.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable. We slept well. Parking is great. Breakfast was okay.

Was a good stay for a family with kids. Great location near amenities. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
