Hello, I arrived at the hotel and immediately realized that I book a wrong type of room. The front desk staff went above and beyond to find the best possible option to find me a right room type and we were able to check in the following day to a room I initially planned to stay. This was my first time visiting this hotel and I was very grateful for the amazing service provided by the staff. Thank you very much.

I have stayed in numerous hotels as I have traveled the world. Your hotel was more special for me as your staff that work at the concierge area, were more than employees they became my friends. Never have I had such excellent help with such sincere kindness. I had a gentleman Kim Fox whom i am going to email the president of the Westin in detail what excellent service he provided me, no one would could come close as to what he did for me, I lost my phone and I had other issues and Mr. Fox was a gift from heaven you have no idea how he went over and above to help me. You are very lucky to have Mr. Fox working for you.
