I like how super clean the rooms and the whole entire hotel. Indeed it has a five star vibes. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again and spread the good news about this hotel.

Stayed with my hubby from 22 to 24 May 2026. Excellent room, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast spread was scrumptious and satisfying. In Room Dining service, very very good. Just 1 hiccup though, when we called for bell hop service, took more than 20 mins to show up. By which time our transporter had arrived. This is second time we encountered such incident. We are regulars at Amari since 2017, hope this issue is addressed so that we could continue to enjoy our future visits.

Had a pleasant stay at the Amari and was well taken care of by the staff. The aircon at room 1820 needs a little attention though as it is rather noisy at the lowest fan setting.

Price to value low. 19th floor had a very bad musky and mouldy odour from lift to rooms. Carpet in room had exactly the same smell. There’s an issue with their air conditioning. Breakfast in club lounge is the worst I’ve had. For $200+ SGD, this is not what I expected. It was kind of them to upgrade us from junior suite to suite but you’d expect better from the room.

Room is brand new and clean. The mattress was super comfy,like butter and had a deep sleep. Very quiet,safe n comfortable stay.
