Really nice all over, the only thing that could be improved is the shower that floods the bathroom and makes the floor a slipping hazard.
Very clean and beautiful otherwise, the location is amazing!

Property was very good overall. Bar/food selections were pretty good. Blackout curtains were very good allowing for sleeping as late as desired. Location was very good as well.

නියමයි Front desk staff were outstanding stored our bags from our early arrival.
She also gave us suggestions of where to go in Brussels.
Housekeeping were excellent as well.
Would stay there again for sure.

There is a ton of construction going on around the property. Otherwise it was a nice room and the staff there were great. The bartenders were also really nice at the hotel bar.

Fabulous from the moment we checked in. Check in was quick efficient and we had a room upgrade at no extra charge. Reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, incredibly spacious and pretty much perfect. The breakfast was the best I have experienced in a long time, everything was well cooked with quality ingredients throughout.
Quality of the linen and toiletries was excellent. Honestly a fabulous experience from beginning to end.

Location of property was excellent - it was near the train station and near to center of town. The room was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable

නියමයි Nice hotel near Central station. Clean room which seems to be recently remodelled. As most downtown hotels may do, no view from room other than close buildings, but enjoyed view to inner sectors. Friendly staffs. Small, but good breakfast with espresso, yogurt, juice, fruits, cheese, bread and danish. Bar staff was very kind, in particular. I had to present at an international online meeting to Japan, and had no issues at all with the wifi. Very efficient.

Amazing location! Extremely clean and modern hotel. We stayed in a family room and I’ve never seen this concept in a European hotel before and our family loved it. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
