The staff at the St.Anthony is excellent but unfortunately the property is looking tired. The pool was closed while we were there for maintenance and management did not offer any type of solution. The kids were very upset. But knowing this was a Marriott property I asked the front desk if there were any sister properties that we could use their pool. And yes, there was the Gunter Hotel a block over had a pool, that they kindly let my family use. The park across the street has to many homeless people which made my family uncomfortable when exit the hotel main entrance. This will be our last stay here at this property.

Southern hospitality at its best. Welcoming and friendly staff in beautiful old historic hotel, excellant service, small but serviceble gym.

Very nice hotel. Room was very nice (jr suite). It was close to elevator so there was noise from that. There was only 1 elevator working (of 3) so there was alot of waiting for an elevator. Good location. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. We were there for a wedding. All the events related to the wedding were wonderful.

We paid for a junior king suit but it did not have a living room fold out couch. 2 of the 3 elevators were broken. The bed was great but, the room temperature stayed moderate to warm. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Beautiful hotel!

Everything was very nice. There was not . A refrigerator in the room but one was beought to room when I asked. There are no ice machines. You had to call for ice. Only 1 elevator out of three were working.
