We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle is very good.

Rooms are always clean. Staff are excellent. I forgot my toothpaste, and front desk had a tube sent up to my room. Nice dedicated smoking area outside as well.

Just more variety food for breakfast.. we stayed dor a Week And same breakfast every day but overall its good.😉

This feels like a newer building or newly renovated! The staff were friendly. We had wonderful breakfast. Property is real clean and smells fresh and clean

Our King Bed room on the tenth floor was clean and spacious enough for the two of us. We had a decent bathroom as well with a stand-up shower, toilet, sink, large mirror, hair dryer, hand soap bar, and liquid soaps in the shower. There was no bathroom fan to circulate the air during/after a shower and the bathroom door was a heavy metal material so it would only stay open if someone/something was physically keeping it open. The free daily breakfast was great for us! Although there was plenty of parking, June was their rainy season so there were a LOT of mosquitos. They would land on us as soon as we walked out of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel is pretty decent as well - close to downtown Calgary and very close to the airport. A good distance from Banff but that was completely acceptable. We would def come back to this hotel!
