Was run down, the carpet had a lot of stains on it very noticeable unsure how it was unnoticeable to housekeeping, for what o was charged definitely not worth the money.

Bins in bathroom were not emptied from the last guest, I booked a single room and as a solo traveler was put in a family sized room which was very large and multi rooms / doors that I didn’t feel overly comfortable in. Front desk staff very welcoming but unable to change my room.

Love the location of this hotel .. away from hustle & bustle of cbd, great eateries around the cnr on hutt st, can walk to Rundle mall, easy parking out front ( parking meter) hotel is meticulously clean however is getting a bit tired, could do with fresh lick of paint and new carpets. Only disappointment was our booking with Expedia invluded a bottle of wine however reception said ‘ that’s an error and we’ve told Expedia that they are no longer providing wine , guests not informed though, obviously not a deal breaker however hotel should honour booking inclusions

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable .. The share kitchen was a lovely idea and helpful .. Having a laundry was a great find . I'd go back any time

Fine for price, rooms due for refresh. Can't see TV from bed; make sure you have noise cancelling headphones as noise from hallway (people/slamming doors) very intrusive.
