The kindest hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything was indeed spotless, the food excellent, the view from my room striking, etc, but what stood out was the service. Lovely, lovely, hotel.

නියමයි Excellent room, spacious and traditional, and the hotel very conveniently has a Lawson just 1 minute's walk away. Breakfast was a lovely spread of traditional and international foods.
Do note though, that some of the hot spring tubs in the photos require additional paid reservations, and are not included in the room stays.

The staff are very helpful and they can communicate in English when required. The dinner was fantastic and they took notice of my request of no seafood except fish

The outdoor public onsen was great and very relaxing! That combined with the traditional room and dinner was a very cool experience. The staff were friendly and polite as well and were helpful in explaining the correct rules for wearing the yukata and using the onsen. Overall, a great stay.
