love the terrace and free coffeee. Room was a bit small- need more hooks to hang towels and clothes but location is very strategic!!! will stay here again

The Tv system was totally screwed up. Tv did not work in first room- 402.in the 2nd efficiency 1 worked sporadically as did the other. There is a problem with the Spectrum interface. I was there for several days and had a very hard time watching national news

Loved everything here. Staff is friendly, Room was clean and well maintained. Asked for quiet room and got it. 28th floor lounge has free tea, espresso, coffee, filtered water and seltzer with at least 30 cushioned chairs. Very professional, clean and quiet. Don't know of any midtown hotel with that.
