Staff was very nice and the AC worked great! Room was very clean but the lack of elevator specially if you are on the top floor is a dealbreaker since they are very old and each stair is almost inclined, not suitable at all for someone with disabilities

Appartement propre et spacieux. Le personnel à l'accueil est gentil. Avons été bien guidé à l'appartement qui était situé à proximité. Nous avons eu un appel suite à l'emménagement pour vérifier si avions bien trouvé l'appartement et si tout était selon nos attentes. Bon service.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Marseille, clean, comfortable and a good size. The staff were the most helpful and friendly and very welcoming. Would highly recommend a stay here.

- Personnel professionnel
- Très propre et moderne
- 3 étages à monter (BCP d'escalier) mais ça je le savais, j'ai choisi cet appartement justement pour sa belle terrasse avec ameublement et une vue magnifique donc les escaliers sa valait vraiment la peine.
Petite remarque:
climatisation impossible de la positionner dans un point fixe, la ventilation n'arrête pas de bouger donc j'avais toute la nuit de la clim sur ma tête.
Je recommande cet hôtel.

The AC was a blessing during the heatwave! Very nice staff, and they were always helpful. WiFi was good, room was clean. Could use one maintenance item of bathroom door which was damaged by water. Only some of the rooms have a clothes washer in room. Overall- amazing & would recommend to others. Location great- bed very comfortable.

Manque d`accessoires pour la cuisine. Prendre en compte qu`il n`y a pas d`ascenseur. Service impeccable. Grand appartement.
