Outstandingly pleasant and professional staff. Excellent location, and everything seemed to have been very well-maintained WiFi was great with my phone, but my laptop preferred the ISDN line. I had a room with 2 twin beds. I would have preferred a room with a work area and a chair, and an in-room microwave would also have been very nice.

Very clean, if small, room. Provided phone sockets, extension leads, toiletries, PJs, hairdryer, brush and toothbrush and paste, kettle...everything you could need. Friendly and helpful staff. Individual cosmetic and drinks sachets, and plastic packaging on individual items mean it's not super eco-friendly but that was not the most important thing. 3 mins from metro station!

Me and my small family of 3 had a good stay at this hotel. We have a 1 year old baby with us, and we need an accessible route to reach the hotel. It was quite a walk if you wanna use an elevator - if you have a baby stroller, like 20 minutes walk for us.
