The hotel was beautiful and rooms were very clean and well decorated. Our only problem was the construction outside the entry was a little bit inconvenient, however management apologized personally and gave us a little token for our troubles. Much appreciated.

I arrived c.11.30 a.m. from the airport, with two adult children. We had no expectations of a room, but as we needed to change into formal clothes for a funeral, before the 3.00 p.m. check-in time, we discussed storing our cases for later, and changing then. The receptionist, Leanne, could not have been more helpful. She immediately found us one room we could use as a base, and in fact, we had all three rooms within the hour! It really removed any stress and difficulties, and we are extremely grateful to Leanne for going “above and beyond”. The hotel itself was very good, and the bedrooms excellent, well appointed and roomy.

Absolutely loved our two night stay at the Fitzwilliam hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in the doors. Incredible rooms, service and restaurant. Highly recommend when saying in Belfast

Excellent two night stay at the Fitz. Very central to shops restaurants and hoho buses. Only slight negative would be the cooked breakfast. My wife’s scrambled eggs had been sitting to lng are were not freshly made and my bacon and black pudding were tough from sitting u set a heat lamp for too long. The rest of the breakfast was great and the staff wete excellent.
