We checked in room too small. Got upgraded to larger room. Very clean comfortable and buffet convenient. Mahalo

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු I reserved a non-smoking room yet the entire floor reeked of cigarette smoke. I complained to staff asking that at least windows be opened but nothing was done.
Also, the mattress was painfully hard and the wifi was terrible. The room wifi turned off every few minutes and there was no wifi available in the lobby.
I would absolutely not recommend this place.

We were most disappointed when we were informed that there is no hot spring, it costs 600 yen every time we use. We expect completely opposite, hot spring is included and facility is inside premises, can be used as many times as needed. This was first time we experienced such set up.

නියමයි This is a good hotel chain. The staff are friendly, and everything works. The rooms are not large, but adequate. At this location there is a nice family hot spring spa right next store, for which the hotel sells discount tickets. I recommend it.

This is the typical Salary Man's hotel. Not a lot of frills. But the staff did a good job of making sure that a foreigner was welcome and comfortable.
