We had a amazing stay, the staff was great, only issue was trying to find off-street parking since the parking was full onsite when we arrived. The view was great from the room.

Great location. We enjoyed terrific views from the 2 bed apartment on the top floor. Friendly staff, comfortable beds etc. Would pay the extra and book an underground parking spot as tricky to find free street parking (also meant you were saved de-icing the car every morning!) Our room got quite cold (perhaps too floor not well insulated?) which mean we had heaters running most of the time. Living area for 2 bed apartment very small, and only a tiny couch that barely fit 2 people, so if you had 4 adults it would quite impractical. Electric blankets on beds made it cozy for sleeping.

Staff at Ramada were incredibly helpful and friendly. Thanks to Adam for his excellent customer service! During checkout, the lady at reception was very nice and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel served delicious food and was really clean and had a calm environment. Staff at the restaurant was friendly and polite. 5/5 stars to the hotel staff!! 🌟

Great location and room was still new enough to be in a lovely condition. Easy check in and check out, with a convenient restaurant and bar on site. The let down comes from house-keeping. The vanity in the bathroom had a blue ring (soap or similar) when we arrived and even when we asked for the bathroom to be restocked (toilet paper! An essential) as well as cleaned, they didn't do it. We had to go downstairs to FOH who gave us two rolls. This was on the second day of asking. FOH staff also didn't explain house-keeping hours, so we had to vacate our room to make sure it was cleaned. We stayed four nights and it was obvious the room wasn't vacuumed at all during that time either. We would stay again, but would work with FOH staff to ensure these things didn't reoccur.

We had a view over the city and lake, it was breathtaking. Room was big and comfortable. Unit had washing machine and dryer. Restaurant was excellent. Hot chocolate there is wicked.
