Room spacious and clean but furniture and bathroom were dated and showed signs of wear. Bathroom had rust spots and set in grime. Worst was our AC was basically non functional and had to be set to lowest (60) but even then we almost asked to switch rooms. They sent a tech right away to try and fix it when we complained but it was a minimal benefit. That was our last night though so maybe it was going to improve more. Who knows. Breakfast was overpriced for the quality. Bar and bartenders were lovely. Enjoyed the river front location and nice breeze.

Beautiful location on the river. 15ish minutes easy walk to city center. Nice large room and bathroom.

Manager Sean was nothing short of terrible. We all said hello did not respond. Was not helpful would not let anyone speak and then gave us 3 rooms when we paid for 4. One room had been requested to be feather free as I am severely allergic to feathers he told me it was my problem and that they cannot send me pillows or blankets i needed when requested very much in advance. Rash all over my body never helped. Called main line for help so they simply never answered the phone even to main hilton customer service line. Only nice person actually was the lady c Who cleaned the rooms such a darling!!! Terrible experience overall fighting to get the 4th room etc. They need a new managers urgently.
