The area is a pretty decent part of town and we felt safe the entire time. We appreciated the open air parking lot as we were driving a truck. The room was what I'd call broom clean, most definitely could have used a better cleaning. We found hairs from previous guests all over. The pool was also not super clean. I dipped my feet in for a few minutes and saw what was floating around and then got out immediately. The staff seemed nice, we didn't have need to interact with them very much. The lobby is very heavily scented with a very musky smell. If you're prone to migraines from smells, be prepared. The attached restaurant has really good food and we enjoyed eating there.

Whenever we visit Reno we stay at the Aden and we love it’s in a good location and is pet friendly. The pool area is clean and the staff professional and helpful.

We love to stay here! Great location, plenty of parking, nice clean rooms, comfortable beds! The staff is always so nice and welcoming! My only negative is the walls are VERY thin. We could hear the neighbors tv very late into the night and them giggling and talking lol ..
